Beer Barons Hall of Fame Induction at Moerlein Lager House

The Brewery District is proud to partner with the Christian Moerlein Brewing Company and the Moerlein Lager House to research and select the members of Cincinnati’s “Beer Barons Hall of Fame”.

Committee chairperson Mike Morgan announced that Christian Moerlein — an immigrant from Bavaria who came to America in 1841 and established the Christian Moerlein Brewing Company in 1853 in Cincinnati—will be the only inductee in the first class of Beer Barons named to the Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony will take place at the Moerlein Lager House on May 12 2012 at 12PM.

Tickets are $40 and available here:

Included is a lunch buffet and two limited edition Beer Barons HOF beer tokens. Proceeds support the establishment of a Brewing Heritage Trail through Over-the-Rhine and Downtown Cincinnati.
