The Bistro will be open all day on the 4th of July.
We will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and as this is a Wednesday we will have some very special beers!
To celebrate Independence Day, we are doing our first annual American tap take-over.
We will be serving interesting American handcrafted Belgian-style ales from all over the country.
And, to make it more fun, we are combining this very special tapping with a Goose Island Tasting.
We will sample 3 Belgian style ales from Goose Island: Matilda, Sofie and Père Jacques; all great beers.
$6 per tasting — 5pm to 8pm July 4th
