Just heard about this one so sorry for the late notice. It starts at 5:00 pm tonight.
Join us Friday Night starting at 5pm with Lisa Farmer from Great Lakes Brewing Company for our Buckhead Growler Release Party! Buckhead in Bellevue will be featuring Growlers to go of select beer on draft!
What is a Growler, you ask?
A completely reusable glass container – unless you drop it…
A ONE time charge for the empty glass + plus the cost of the beer you choose to fill it with*.
(*Not all beers are available for Growler purchase due to limited release, seasonal, high gravity or due to the brewery’s request. Prices vary per beer. Ask your bartender or server for a list of beers available for a Growler purchase. )
Holds half a gallon (64oz) of fresh tasty beer – about 4-5 pints worth.
Keeps for 1 week or more if you treat it nicely. (cold and in the dark, unopened). Be nice to your beer!
Once opened, you’ve got 1-2 days to make good use of it, but it’s best to finish it in one sitting. (Standing is okay too!)
Refills are available and encouraged, but you’ll need to rinse out the jug AND the cap beforehand. I recommend very hot water and NO SOAP. Soap is harder to wash out than the beer!
A growler is considered a sealed container when the cap is on and it is taped. It MUST remain sealed in our establishment or your vehicle (otherwise it’s considered an open container) until you get to your enjoyment destination! So what sounds better than a hand cut steak or any of the other Buckhead Mountain Grill specialties and draft beer at home?
See you on Friday, November 16th. We’ll be featuring a limited supply of Great Lakes Pint glasses too, buy the pint, keep the glass.
