I didn’t see this. I do know, however, what I’ll be looking out for in a month or so (hopefully). Score. Maybe.
Posted 08 Jul 2009 at 10:42 am ¶Although I think beer developing in the area is a great thing,I think this is the wrong approach and I bet both of these places never make it in the beer industry. Seriously,how does an italian restaurant know about brewing beer,oh they took some classes at UC! Also midway bar making there own beers? I hope the fermenters are kept cleaner than the place itself. These places are just chasing money and trying to climb on the bandwagon. Read Sam Calgione’s book “Brewing up a Business” and you will know what I mean. It takes passion and love to brew a successful microbrewery,not a bar or food?
