Because the inspiration behind this project was a Strong Female firefighter, well we couldn’t release it without a HUGE party, celebrating all strong women of this amazing city! All while pairing up with Women Helping Women, donating a portion of the proceeds back to them. Wednesday, March 8th at 6:00 pm – Perrin No Rules Beer Tasting at Marty’s Hops and Vines
They will be tapping Perrin Brewing Company’s No Rules Vietnamese Porter and Lil Griz Barrel Aged Brown Ale. They will also pouring Grapefruit IPA and Black from cans. All four 5 oz pours for $12.

Thursday, March 9th at 6:00 pm – MadTree TapTakeover at KungFood Chu’s AmerAsia
Beers include PsycHOPathy, Lift, Happy Amber, Axis Mundi, Experimental Pale Ale (Mosiac, Apollo, Amarillo), Passionfruit tart ale, Galaxy High, Citra High, Dead Flowers and UnHappy Amber.

Thursday, March 9th from 5:00-10:00 pm – Listermann Pint Night Pac Vs. Biggie at Cappy’s Wines and Spirits

Thursday, March 9th at 6:00-9:00 pm – Avery Pint Night at BC’s Bottle Lodge

TASTINGS

Jungle Jim’s – Friday night tasting from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at both locations. Pints are usually $3. This week, they are pouring beers from Avery at Fairfield and from Lagunitas at Eastgate.

Party Source – $1 beer tastings on Saturday from 12:00-1:00 pm.

Party Town – For Friday Night Flights this week from 5:30-7:00 pm, they’re pouring from a brewery yet to be named. It’s $2.00 for the regular sample flights. Only adults age 21 or more are admitted for Friday Night Flights. Limit of one sample per person. No shopping carts in the back room please.

TAPPINGS, PINT NIGHTS and RELEASES

BC’s Bottle Lodge – Tree Booty Friday at 6:00 pm is a beer battle between MadTree vs. Heavy Seas. Beers include Chocodile Tears, Black Forest, (Fresh) Rubus Cacao and Rum Barrel Pumpcan from MadTree and Pounder Pils, Loose Cannon, 20 Year Storm and Siren Noire from Heavy Seas.

Ei8ht Ball Brewing – Tonight is Free Bacon Night and they will be pouring De Molen Cuvee number 5. Price is $12 For a ten ounce snifter.

Keystone Bar and Grill (Covington) – Bell’s Hopslam Brunch Sunday from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. Besides Hopslam, they will also have Bell’s Amber Ale, Winter White Ale, and Two-Hearted.

Country Fresh Farm Market and Wine Depot – Tröegs Beer Tasting Friday from 4:00-7:00 pm. Featuring Sunshine Pils and more.

Jungle Jim’s – Friday night tasting from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at both locations. Pints are usually $3. This week, they are pouring beers from North Coast Brewing Company at Fairfield. Eastgate will be hosting the Old Firehouse silent auction we told you about yesterday.

Ludlow Wines – Saturday beer tasting is from 5:00-8:00 pm. The cost to taste four beers is $6.00 per person.

Party Source – $1 beer tastings on Saturday from 12:00-1:00 pm.

Party Town – For Friday Night Flights this week from 5:30-7:00 pm, they will be pouring beers from Avery. Tweak bourbon barrel aged imperial coffee stout and Raspberry Sour will be available for $6.00 a draft pour. They will also be sampling Avery’s year-round and seasonal brews. Whole Foods Cincinnati – Cask & Cork: Beer and Wine every Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. For $5, you get five sips and six bites. Tickets sold until 6:30 pm.

The brewers at MadTree are known for their beards. This Movember, they are raising money for Movember Cincinnati, a local group that creates awareness for men’s health issues and raises vital funds to combat prostate and testicular cancers. The more money they raise, the more beards that are shaved live at this event. You can donate at the YouCaring website and then watch the beards get shaved off.

Monday, Nov. 2nd at 5:00 pm – Rare Keg Monday at Ei8ht Ball Brewing
This week, it’s Avery Pumpkin. The cost is $12 for a ten ounce snifter (limit of one per person).

Monday, Nov. 2nd at 6:00 pm – Beer of the Month Tapping at Moerlein Lager House
This month, it’s King Pin Classic cream ale. A dollar from every Beer of the Month sold will be donated to the DAV 5K along with 100% of the proceeds from the ceremonial keg.

Wednesday, Nov. 4th at 6:00 pm – Moerlein T-Bird Hop Harvest Ale Can Launch and Firkin Tapping at Christian Moerlein Malt House

Wednesday, Nov. 4th at 6:30 pm – New Belgium Beer Dinner at the Celestial

TASTINGS

Everything’s d’ Vine – Tasting is at 5:30 pm each week and costs $10 for beer and wine tastings. You can get just beer or just wine for $5.00. For this week’s tasting (1/23), it’s the Cincinnati Beer Week Collaborative Black Tart, Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro, Revolution A Little Crazy and Fat Head’s Sunshine Daydream.

Jungle Jim’s Eastgate – Friday night tasting from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. For this week’s tasting (1/23), it’s Boulevard. Pints are usually $3.

Jungle Jim’s Fairfield – Friday night tasting from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. For this week’s tasting (1/23), it’s Southern Tier. Pints are usually $3.

Ludlow Wines – Saturday beer tasting is from 5:00-8:00 pm. The cost to taste four beers is $6.00 per person.

Party Town – No Friday Night Flights until February 6th.

Ei8ht Ball Brewing – Tonight (1/23) is Free Bacon Night and they will tapping Rivertown Death and Avery Maharaja.

– Tomorrow (Saturday, 1/14), they are doing Saturday infusion: Unibroue La Fin Du Monde run through a Randall of crushed ginger and peaches. The cost is $8 for a 13 ounce Tulip.

– For next week’s Rare Keg Monday (1/26), Ei8ht Ball will have Mikkeller Big Worster. The cost is $10 a snifter.
