Bottles of Bourbon Barrel Aged Axis Mundi with Coffee and Vanilla are limited to 3 bottles per person and are priced $12.50 per bottle (tax included). This annual event is a collaboration between Fifty West and Great Lakes. Tickets are $40 each and include all you can eat BBQ with suggested beer pairings, 8 beer tickets redeemable towards any of the beers on tap including the collaboration beer, and a Q&A with the Brewmasters.

From Facebook: “In loving memory of Mike ‘Big Cis’ Cisneros, the Cincinnati Craft Beer community came together to brew in his honor. Braxton Brewing Company, Rivertown Brewery and Barrel House, Fibonacci Brewing Company, MadTree Brewing, Bad Tom Smith Brewing, and Alexandria Brewing Company all came together to collaborate on one of Mike’s favorite styles…introducing the Big Cis Pilsner. From Facebook: “Arnold’s and Cappy’s have chosen to challenge each other to the Chomolungma Death. Ok Not really. They have really however challanged each other to see who can raise the most money for Lungevity, a lung cancer focused non-profit. Both Cappy’s and Arnold’s will be donating $1 for every pint of Chomlungma and it’s variants on Monday. It’s a challenge so there has to be a price to pay. Whoever loses the challenge will have to wear the others T-shirts for an entire weekend this summer. Be sure to come out to help whichever is your favorite establishment raise money for charity and save them from having to wear the others T-shirts all weekend.”

What exactly will be in the Randall is up to you to help them decide. Twelve local hoppy beers on draft. $10 gets you a tasting glass, a rating card and a taste of each beer in the competition. Brewery with the most points wins and gets bragging rights for the year. A portion of the proceeds from this will go to www.water.org.
