Thursday, Nov. 15th at 6:00-9:00 pm – Winter Tartan Tapping at Rock Bottom Brewery
From Facebook:

With the holiday season right around the corner, the Rock Bottom family is reminded of our many reasons to be thankful. We truly cherish being able to be a fixture in the downtown landscape. Even after 16 years, we are still able to provide our neighbors and friends with made from scratch food and hometown beer. While we frequently hold charity fundraisers at our tapping parties, we decided to switch it up a little bit with the tapping of our Winter Tartan beer on November 15th. In honor of this event, Rock Bottom Cincinnati will be donating $2000 to the Matthew 25: Ministries, which has provided humanitarian aid and disaster relief since 1991. This money is being earmarked to assist with the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy and local food banks here in Cincinnati, in the name of the extended family of the Rock Bottom Mug Club.
Please join us on Thursday to celebrate another great chapter in Rock Bottom brewing history- the tapping of our new Winter Tartan, a traditional Scottish Ale with a smooth, malty flavor and a hint of vanilla. There will be a DJ, passed appetizers, and a food drive to benefit our community and beyond. For every item donated, you will receive a free raffle ticket to put into the drawing for one of several amazing prizes.
Immediate need items:
Canned (Pull Top) and Non-perishable Food, Bottled Water, Personal Care Products, Cleaning Supplies, First Aid Supplies, Paper Products, Baby and Infant Supplies, Blankets and Tarps
We hope to see you on Thursday, November 15th, from 6-9pm. For further information about the good work done by the Matthew 25: Ministries, please refer to their website: www.M25M.org
