All of this information came from Bockfest.com. We just combined the information there into one hour-by-hour schedule of the beer related events. All Bockfest events are free and open to the public (no cover). Don’t forget the free Bockfest shuttle is available all weekend (See map).

Wednesday, March 5th

Kaze to Host Oskar Blues Beer Dinner – Sept. 10th

Kaze of OTR is set to host a very unique Oskar Blues Beer Dinner on Tuesday, September 10th at 6:30 p.m. The meal will include four Japanese/Oskar Blues infused one-off pairings plus after dinner access to a specialty keg from Oskar Blues.

The pairings are as follows:

1) Deviant Dales w/ pine-scented lightly cured king salmon, grapefruit, ikura, karashi

2) G’Knight w/ 5-spiced foie gras, poached apricots, duck sauce, burnt onion, fried rice

3) Old Chub w/ brown miso-marinated cap steak with smoked bluefish, onigiri, soy demi

4) Ten Fidy Stout Float with sesame vanilla ice cream, oatmeal cream pie and sesame ganache
