Monday, Nov. 16th-Thursday, Nov. 19th – Fork + Bottle: MadTree Brewing at Metropole

Monday, Nov. 16th at 5:00 pm – Rare Keg Monday at Ei8ht Ball Brewing
This week, it’s New Holland Dragon’s Milk variants including regular Dragon’s Milk, Coffee and Chocolate Dragon’s Milk Reserve and Dragon’s Milk Triple Mash Reserve. Cost is $5 for a ten ounce snifter.

Tuesday, Nov. 17th – Taproom Storm Can Launch at Braxton
While they will be available in better beer locations on Monday, this is the first day that the Storm cans will be available at the Braxton tap room.

Tuesday, Nov. 17th – Liquid Advent Tapping at Taft’s Ale House
Liquid Advent Chocolate Brown Porter is brewed with cinnamon, chilies, cacao nibs & roasted cacao husks from Maverick Chocolate Co. According to the Taft’s Ale House Facebook page, “This special beer is canned in Holiday Edition 16oz 4-packs and sells for $11.99.” Liquid Advent will be available on draft at Taft’s one time only, starting at 5:30 pm Tuesday

Tuesday, Nov. 17th at 6:00 pm – Country Boy Beer Dinner at Packhouse Meats
Three beers (Cougar Bait, Cliff Jumper, Shotgun Wedding), four courses (baked jalapeños, argula & fruit salad, smokey pulled pork with fried okra and Mexican-style apple pie), and a pint glass to keep. Cost is $25 per person. Call 859-415-2312 for reservations.

A traditional Scottish strong ale with a Lager House twist. A small addition of peated malt imparts a very subtle, but distinct smokey and earthy flavor. A combination of dark malt and a caramelization process during brewing gives a deeper rich, malty character. Wednesday, Dec. 5th from 5:00 to 8:00 pm – Abbey Wednesday at Taste of Belgium
Every other Wednesday, Taste of Belgium will pick one abbey and offer a flights of the different beers they offer. The cost is $6 per flight, only one flight per person. This week’s abbey hasn’t been announced yet.
