This week, it’s Mikkeller Black. The cost is $8 for a ten ounce snifter.

Monday, Sept. 12th at 9:00 pm – Three Floyds Zombie Dust Tapping at North Side Yacht Club
Cost is $6 a pint. Also free bacon and industry night.

Tuesday, Sept. 13th at 6:00 pm – Dunkel Tappening at Rivertown Brewing

Tuesday, Sept. 13th at 6:00 pm – Braxton Beer Dinner at Packhouse Meats
MENU: First Course: Oktober Fuel Oktoberfest Lager paired with crepes with camembert and chives; Second Course: Haven Hefeweizen paired with bavarian radish salad with banana and orange vinaigrette; Third Course: Beta 1.0 Experimental IPA paired with Ruhr Valley meatball with wakefire mushroom jagerschnitzel sauce. Join Cincy Brew Bus on a “a guided tour of Cincinnati’s Downtown and Over The Rhine Craft Brewery Scene we will go to Taft’s Ale House at 1pm do a tasting and a tour, head over to Moerlein Lager House for a Tasting, and then finish up at Rhinegeist for a Tour and a Tasting. Beer is included in the price as well as your day pass for the streetcar, you get to keep. Stops 8, 1 and 11 on the Streetcar Route.” Tickets are $35 for drinkers and $20 for non-drinkers. SIGNS OF SPRING

OTR BIERGARTEN – For their opening weekend, they will be pouring: On Draft — 16oz – Christian Moerlein Purity Pils, Christian Moerlein OTR Pale Ale, Christian Moerlein Third Wave IPA and Christian Moerlein Strawberry Pig Cream Ale; plus Hudepohl Pure Lager 16oz can and Hudepohl Delight 12oz can. Open Saturday and Sunday.

TASTINGS

Country Fresh Farm Market and Wine Depot – Fat Head’s Beer Tasting Friday from 4:00-7:00 pm.

Jungle Jim’s – Friday night tasting from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at both locations. Pints are usually $3. This week, they are pouring beers from Bell’s at Fairfield and from Jackie O’s at Eastgate.

Ludlow Wines – Saturday beer tasting is from 5:00-8:00 pm. The cost to taste four beers is $6.00 per person.

Party Source – $1 beer tastings on Saturday from 12:00-1:00 pm.

UPDATEParty Town – For Friday Night Flights this week from 5:30-7:00 pm, they will be pouring beers from Deschutes. Draft by the glass will feature Armory Extra Pale Ale for $3. The cost for the flight is $2.00 per person. Only adults age 21 or more are admitted for Friday Night Flights. Limit of one sample per person. No shopping carts in the back room please.

Whole Foods Cincinnati – Cask & Cork: Beer and Wine every Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. For $5, you get five sips and six bites. Tickets sold until 6:30 pm.

TAPPINGS and RELEASES

Braxton Brewing – Firkin Friday for April – This month’s firkin is Crankshaft infused with fresh grapefruit zest. Tapping is at 5:30 pm.

Ei8ht Ball Brewing – Tonight is Free Bacon Night and they are doing pouring Mikkeller 1000 IBUs. The cost is $6 for a 10 oz snifter. ALSO Mike Czech pilsner will be back today.

Marty’s Hops and Vines – Tapping Taft’s Saturday at 6:00 pm – Beers include Gavel Banger IPA and Second Base American Lager on draft plus cans of Nellie’s Key Lime Caribbean Ale.

Party Town – For Friday Night Flights this week from 5:30-7:00 pm, they will be a hosting a Gnarly Gno More Backroom Blast featuring MadTree’s original Gnarly Brown and four variants: Mexican Hot Chocolate, Bourbon Barrel Aged, Coffee & Vanilla, Black Currant. The Gnarlys will be on draft and available by the glass for $4.00. They will also be sampling MadTree’s core and seasonal brews. The cost for the flight is $2.00 per person. Ei8ht Ball Brewing – Tonight is Free Bacon Night and they will be pouring Mikkeller Nuclear Hop Assault. Cost is $8 for a 10 ounce tulip.

Hebron Brew Haus – Tapping Three Floyds Zombie Dust at 7:00 pm tonight.

Listermann Brewing – Barrel Aged Maple Chickow! and Coffee Lateral Bottle Release Saturday at 10:00 am. BA Maple Chickow! has a bottle limit of two and costs $19.99 a bottle. There are only about 125 bottles available. There is not limit on the Coffee Lateral Oatmeal Sweet Stout and the cost is $7.99 a bottle. More than 500 of those are available.

Cost varies by beer.

Party Town – For Friday Night Flights this week (4/17), the draft by the glass options will be Prairie Hop, Evil Twin/West Brook Mission Gose, Evil Twin Single Hop Simcoe Imperial IPA Molotov Cocktail and Against the Grain 70k Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Milk Stout. The cost is $3 for a nine ounce pour. The tastings flight will include bottles from North Peak, Mikkeller, Stillwater and Moody Tongue. Cost for the flight is $2.00 per person. Only adults age 21 or more are admitted for Friday Night Flights.

Whole Foods Cincinnati – Cask & Cork: Beer and Wine every Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. For $5, you get five sips and six delicious bites. Tickets sold until 6:30 pm.

– For Saturday’s Randall Saturday, it’s La Trois Mousquetaires Gose infused with watermelon. The cost is $10 a snifter.

– For next week’s Rare Keg Monday (4/20), it’s Founders KBS: “70 tickets will be given out a 5:00 pm just outside the tap room. Showing up before 5:00 pm does not guarantee you a glass of KBS. You must have a ticket in order to purchase a glass of KBS. There is a strict limit of one glass per person. If we have a crowd turnout of less than 70 people, the Ei8ht Ball Tap Room Team reserves the right to make the decision to offer a second glass, or taste of KBS.” The cost is $7 for a ten ounce snifter.
