Kwaremont Kick Off

From Facebook:

We are proud to annouce an Ohio exclusive beer, Kwaremont Blond will be launching at all Taste of Belgium bistros June 1st! Join us for an evening of brews and your chance to win some exclusive prizes! (To be announced.)

Kwaremont is known as the “Beer of Champions” among the cycling community. The beer is named after the Oude Kwaremont, it is a cobbled road that ascends steeply for a distance of 2.2 km up the Kluisberg hill in Kluisbergen, East Flanders. Nicknamed the ‘calf biter’, it forms part of the route of the legendary Tour of Flanders cycle race. And, like the Tour’s winners, this cyclists’ beer has earned its own praise.
