LITTLE KINGS CREAM ALE INTRODUCES 12 KINGS
NEW INNOVATIVE PACKAGING IS FIRST 12 PACK OF SEVEN OUNCE BOTTLES FOR BEER
CINCINNATI, OHIO – May 8, 2009 – Hudepohl-Schoenling Brewing Company announced plans for the introduction of “12 Kings” a new innovative 12 pack design for the classic seven ounce green bottle. Additionally the company announced a complete packaging redesign that includes new “classic styling” of the brand image and returns it to the heritage of the Schoenling Brewing Company.
The new innovative 12 pack packaging design for the classic seven ounce green bottle has been in development for a number of years; however, production was fast tracked by the brand’s new owner Christian Moerlein Brewing Company, which sells the brand through their Hudepohl-Schoenling Brewing Company division.
The new 12 pack will be known as “12 Kings” and will highlight the brands image as well as its packaging size. The original tagline of “It’s Good To Be King” has also been restored to stay consistent with the brands new “classic styling.” The company also announced the return of the Little Kings beer bucket; know as “a bucket of Kings,” a popular way many bars serve Little Kings to their customers.
The Little Kings Brand has been rapidly expanding in recent months, including the appointment of distribution networks to service the Colorado and Georgia markets. Colorado was once the second largest Little Kings market in the country. The brand maintains a solid base of consumer popularity throughout the US, with the company receiving hundreds of calls and emails monthly asking for Little Kings to be sold in a town near them.
Little Kings Cream Ale is the original smooth golden ale that is brewed using American grown malt and a special blend of hops. The beer will be available in eight, twelve and twenty-four pack seven ounce bottles. The new “12 Kings” will have a suggested retail price of $9.99.
